益智助长膏结合针灸康复治疗儿童智力低下临床研究

Clinical Study of Yizhi Zhuzhang Ointment(益智助长膏)Combined with Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Training in Treatment of Hypophrenia Children

目的探讨益智助长膏结合针灸康复对智力低下儿童智能发育的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月于医院接受治疗的2~8岁智力低下的患儿70例,依据治疗时间先后依次分为观察组和对照组,其中每组35例,对照组患儿采取针灸和康复训练的方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服益智助长膏,比较两组患儿智力量表(IQ)评分、中医证候改善情况以及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患儿认知评估量表(MoCA)和IQ量表评分比较均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患儿MoCA和IQ评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),其中观察组患儿MoCA和IQ评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿筋骨瘘软、神情呆滞以及疲倦乏力评分比较均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患儿筋骨瘘软、神情呆滞以及疲倦乏力评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿总有效率为94.29%(33/35),明显高于对照组患儿总有效率62.86%(22/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针灸配合康复训练的基础上,加服益智助长膏治疗儿童智力低下,不仅有助于提高患儿认知功能和智力,而且还有助于改善患儿临床症状,具有更好疗效,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of Yizhi Zhuzhang Ointment(益智助长膏)combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training on intellectual development of hypophrenia children.Methods A total of 70 hypophrenia children aged 2-8 years old who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and control group according to admission order,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with Yizhi Zhuzhang Ointment on the basis of the control group.The scores of intelligence quotient(IQ)scale,improvement of TCM syndromes and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)or IQ scale(P>0.05).After treatment,MoCA and IQ scores in both groups were increased(P<0.05),which were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of physique weakness,glazed expressions and fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(94.29%vs 62.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,the application of Yizhi Zhuzhang Ointment in the treatment of hypophrenia children is not only beneficial to improve cognitive function and intelligence,but also can improve clinical symptoms,with better curative effect.
