益肾健脾润肺汤对肾功能衰竭患者淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数的影响

Effect of Yishen Jianpi Runfei Decoction(益肾健脾润肺汤)on Absolute Count of Lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的分析益肾健脾润肺汤对肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数的影响。方法将该院自2016年1月—2019年1月收治的CRF患者按随机平行对照原则分观察组(42例)与对照组(41例)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益肾健脾润肺汤;比较两组临床疗效、淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数水平及肾功能、肾纤维化指标,并统计不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)上升,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血肌酐(Scr)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)下降,肾小球滤过率(GFR)、骨形态发生蛋白7(BMP-7)上升(P<0.05),观察组Scr、CTGF高于对照组,GFR、BMP-7低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见任意不良反应发生。结论益肾健脾润肺汤治疗肾功能衰竭疗效确切,并可有效改善患者免疫功能,于肾功能、肾纤维化改善也有益,且安全性佳。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yishen Jianpi Runfei Decoction(益肾健脾润肺汤)on the absolute count of lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods CRF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random parallel control,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Yish⁃en Jianpi Runfei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,absolute count level of lymphocyte subsets,re⁃nal function and renal fibrosis indexes of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was also calculat⁃ed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Af⁃tertreatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were increased significantly,and CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,serum creatinine(Scr)and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)were decreased significantly in the observation group,while glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and bone morphogenetic protein 7(BMP-7)increased significantly in the observation group(P<0.05).Moreover,Scr and CTGF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while GFR and BMP-7 were signifi⁃cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Yishen Jianpi Runfei Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic renal failure and can effectively improve the immune function of patients.It is also beneficial in the improvement of renal function and renal fibrosis,with great safety.
