陈莹温补冲任治疗妇科疾病经验总结

CHEN Ying′s Experience Summary on Treating Gynecological Diseases with Warming and Invigorating Chong and Ren Meridians

陈莹教授为辽宁省名中医,第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验指导教师,从事临床工作40年,积累了丰富的临证实践经验。陈莹教授认为在阳气的各种功能中,温煦作用是阳气的核心作用,五脏六腑、经络等生理活动都需要在阳气的温煦下才能进行,阳气同样是妇人经、带、孕、产、乳等特有生理活动的主导。冲任二脉与月经、胎孕等生理现象亦有着直接关系,冲任损伤会导致妇科疾病的发生,虽然冲任损伤包括冲任寒凝、冲任亏虚、冲任不调等,但阳气虚衰、冲任虚寒在冲任损伤病机中占有尤为重要的地位。临证中陈莹教授针对妇科经、带、胎、产、杂诸疾善用温补冲任的方法进行治疗,如温中益气化瘀法治疗崩漏,温肾健脾、化痰祛瘀法治疗多囊卵巢综合征,温肾助阳暖宫治疗不孕症,温阳扶正、祛湿化瘀解毒之法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症等等,均收到显著的疗效。

Professor CHEN Ying is a famous TCM doctor in Liaoning Province,the Sixth Batch of academic experience instructors of national old TCM experts,she has been engaged in clinical work for 40 years and accumulated rich clinical practice experience.Professor CHEN Ying thinks that among the various functions of Yang Qi,warming is the core function of Yang Qi.The physiological activities of the five Zang organs,six Fu organs,channels and collaterals need to be carried out under the warming of Yang Qi,similarly,Yang Qi is the leading factor of women′s special physiological activities such as menstruation,leukorrhea,pregnancy,delivery and lactation.The Chong and Ren meridians are also directly related to menstruation,pregnancy and other physiological phenomena.Impairment of Chong and Ren meridians can lead to gynecological diseases.Although impairment of Chong and Ren meridians includes Chong and Ren meridians cold coagulation,Chong and Ren meridians deficiency and Chong and Ren meridians disharmony and so on,deficiency and decline of Yang Qi,Chong and Ren meridians deficiency and cold playan important role in the pathogenesis of impairment of Chong and Ren meridians.In clinical practice,Professor CHEN Ying is good at using the method of warming,tonifying Chong and Ren meridians to treat gynecological diseases such as menstruation,leukorrhea,pregnancy,fatigue,miscellaneous disease,for example,treating metrorrhagia with the method of warming the middle,replenishing Qi and removing blood stasis;treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by warming kidney and strengthening spleen,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis;treatment of infertility by warming kidney and enhancing Yang and warming uterus and the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae by warming Yang and strengthening body,removing dampness,removing blood stasis,detoxification,etc.All of them received significant curative effect.
