基于癌毒学说论治肿瘤经验

Experience on Discussion and Analysis on Application of Cancer Toxicology Theory

恶性肿瘤已成为危害人们生命健康的首要疾病。中医药在肿瘤治疗中发挥的作用日渐显现,而临床疗效的进步更需要理论的不断创新。癌毒学说是现代中医在实践中提出的新兴理论,也是目前中医肿瘤界中具有代表性的学说。自被提出以来,其被各大医家不断完善发展,已成为重要的中医基础病机之一。癌毒学说的主要内容包括:癌毒是在正气亏虚的基础上,内外因素共同作用下所致的一种强烈的特异性毒邪;这种具有猛烈、善行多变、易侵袭流注、易耗伤正气等特性的毒邪,正是促进肿瘤发生、发展、变化、流注的异常动力。基于此,王笑民教授在临床上从正气内虚、肾精变异、痰瘀久滞、心神生妄等方面分析病因病机。在辨证论治的基础上,以清热解毒、以毒攻毒、扶正排毒等为主要治法,通过其特定的药物选择更适合患者不同阶段的状态,取得了较好的治疗效果,丰富了临床诊治思路与方案。

Cancer has become the primary disease endangering people′s lives and health.Traditional Chinese medicine plays a more and more important role in the treatment of cancer,and the progress of clinical efficacy needs the continuous innovation of theory.Cancer toxicity theory is a new theory proposed by modern doctors in the treatment of tumors,which is representative.Since it was proposed,it has been constantly improved and developed by doctors,and has become one of the important basic pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine.The main content of cancer toxicity theory includes:cancer toxicity is a strong specific poison caused by the combined action of internal and external factors on the basis of the deficiency of Qi.The pathogenic factor with the characteristics of fierce,changeable benevolence,easy invasion of flow,easy consumption and injury of vital Qi is the abnormal force that promote the occurrence and development tumors.Based on this,Professor WANG Xiaomin analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis in clinical practice from the aspects of deficiency of vital Qi,variation of kidney essence,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis,mental disorder and so on.On the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs,the main treatment methods include clearing away heat and detoxifying,fighting poison with poison,and strengthening and detoxifying.The specific drug selection is more suitable for different stages of patients,which has achieved better therapeutic effect and enriched the thinking and scheme of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
