FENG Ling Treats Chronic Heart Failure Based on “Sanjiao”

冯玲教授常从"三焦"论治慢性心力衰竭,临床疗效显著。冯师认为心衰病位虽在于心,但总乎三焦,此三焦既指孤腑之三焦,又指形质之三焦,三焦为人体元气与水液通行之道路,三焦水道气化不利,元气不得周流于全身行其气化之功,而致津停水蓄,发为心衰之患。冯师认为心衰之病机为三焦气化不利,治法以通补三焦为主,其通者,用入三焦气分之药,行气利水,复三焦决渎之职;其补者,据三焦脏腑所喜,补之益之,助三焦气化之司。临床用药采用自拟之利水强心方,临证加减进退变化之。文章并附冯师基于"三焦"论治慢性心力衰竭验案一则,以释从"三焦"论治慢性心力衰竭之运用。

Professor FENG Ling often treats chronic heart failure from the perspective of“Sanjiao”,and the clinical effect is remarkable.Master FENG believes that although the location of heart failure lies in the heart,it is always Sanjiao.This Sanjiao re⁃fers to the solitary organ and the shape of Sanjiao.Sanjiao is the path through which the body's vital energy and water can pass.It is not allowed to circulate in the whole body to perform Qi movement,and cause the body to stop storing water and cause heart failure.Master FENG believes that the pathogenesis of heart failure is the unfavorable Qi movement of Sanjiao.The treatment method is mainly to invigorate the Qi movement of Sanjiao.If it is effective,the medicine of Qi phase of Sanjiao was used to pro⁃mote Qi and water,and relieve the function of Sanjiao.According to Sanjiao viscera,it nourishes it and helps the Qi movement of Sanjiao.The clinical medication adopts the self-made Lishui Qiangxin Recipe(利水强心方),which is based on clinical changes.The article is also attached to a case of Master FENG's treatment of chronic heart failure based on“Sanjiao”theory to explain the application of the“Sanjiao”theory in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
