基于月经周期的中药汤剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征的应用研究

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Based on Menstrual Cycle in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的观察基于月经周期的中药汤剂在治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)中的应用效果。方法将该院收治的96例多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者随机分为对照组、观察组,对照组根据月经周期给予不同西药治疗,观察组根据月经周期给予西药+中药汤剂治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,治疗后中医证候积分改善情况、性激素水平改善情况及妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为89.58%(43/48),显著高于对照组的72.92%(35/48)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于同组治疗前,观察组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。两组治疗后促卵泡生长激素(FSH)水平无明显变化(P>0.05);但黄体生成素(LH)、雄激素(T)水平显著降低,雌二醇(E_(2))水平显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后LH、T、E_(2)指标变化更多(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率为66.67%(32/48),显著高于对照组的45.83%(22/48)(P<0.05),但两组活产率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对PCOS患者根据月经周期给予中药汤剂辅助治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,改善中医证候,降低性激素水平,提高妊娠率。

Objective To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction based on menstrual cycle in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 96 PCOS patients who were admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Based on menstrual cycle,the control group was given western medication,while the observation group was given western medication and TCM decoction.The clinical curative effect,improvement in scores of TCM syndromes and levels of sex hormones after treatment,and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[89.58%(43/48)vs 72.92%(35/48)](P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes were significantly decreased in both groups,which were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant change in level of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)were significantly deceased,while the level of estradiol(E_(2))was significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05).The changes in LH,T and E_(2)were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[66.67%(32/48)vs 45.83%(22/48)](P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in live birth rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of TCM decoction based on menstrual cycle can significantly improve the curative effect on PCOS patients,which can improve TCM syndromes,reduce levels of sex hormones,and increase pregnancy rate.
