"形气神"理论揭示了人体存在的三个基本层次,也是《内经》中生命观的高度概括,故"形气神"理论在肿瘤的发生发展过程中同样具有适用性,其三者贯穿于肿瘤疾病的各个阶段。该文将从形、气、神的角度探讨三者与肿瘤的关系,阐明肿瘤的发生始于神变,发于气变,终于形变,循环往复的发病规律与病因病机,并强调形、气、神三者同调在其治疗中的重要性以及祛形、治气、调神的具体治法,为肿瘤的中医治疗提供新的思路与理论支持。

The“body,Qi and spirit”theory reveals the three basic levels of human existence,and it is also a high-level summary of the view of life in Huangdi Neijing.Therefore,the“body,Qi and spirit”theory is also applicable in the process of tumor development,and the three run through all stages of tumor disease.This article explored the relationship between the“body,Qi and Spirit”theory and tumor and clarified that the occurrence of tumor begins with changes in spirit,develops into changes in Qi,and ultimately leads to changes in body.Finally it emphasized the importance of the co-conditioning of body,Qi and spirit,and determined the specific treatment,providing new ideas and theoretical support for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tumors.
