脐灸疗法治疗消化系统疾病的现状与探讨

Present Situation and Discussion of Umbilical Moxibustion in Treatment of Digestive System Diseases

目的分析目前脐灸疗法治疗消化系统疾病的文献研究,探讨脐灸治疗消化系统疾病的理论。方法在中国知网搜索了收录的篇名包含"脐灸"或"隔药灸脐"的文献,筛选出关于消化系统疾病的文献,进行分类处理,提炼出操作方法、治疗的病种、临床效应及作用机理。结果共发现脐灸治疗19种消化系统病症有效,其中隔药灸脐法应用最广,隔药灸脐还可以与针刺、中药内服、中药外敷、穴位贴敷、督灸、电针、西药内服等几种疗法的联合应用。结论脐灸治疗消化系统疾病的中医理论与神阙穴穴位特点、所选药物、灸法三者相关,现代理论机制尚未明确。

Objective To analyze the literature research and discuss the theory of umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of digestive system diseases.Methods The literature including“umbilical moxibustion”or“herb-partition moxibustion at navel”was searched in China knowledge Network,and the literature about digestive system diseases was screened out and classified.The operating methods,kinds of diseases treated,clinical effects and mechanism of action were extracted.Results It was found that umbilical moxibustion could treat 19 kinds of digestive system diseases.The most widely-used umbilical moxibustion was herb-partition moxibustion at navel,meanwhile,its combination with acupuncture,internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,external application of traditional Chinese medicine,acupoint application,Du moxibustion,electroacupuncture and internal administration of western medicine were were also effective.Conclusion The TCM theory of umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of digestive system diseases is related to the characteristics of Shenque(RN4),selected drugs and moxibustion,but the modern theoretical mechanism is not clear.
