肠易激综合征的中医药多维度治疗机制

Multi-dimensional Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Traditional Chinese Medicine

肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一种常见的功能性胃肠病,在全世界都有广泛的分布,发病机制涉及脑肠互动紊乱、肠道动力异常、内脏高敏感、肠道炎症、菌群失调等多个方面。中医治疗本病具有优势,该文对中医治疗肠易激综合征具体作用机制的现代研究进行了综述,从调节肠道运动、调节脑肠互动、降低炎症反应、调整肠道菌群、调节机体代谢、保护肠黏膜屏障功能等几个方面对中医的多维度、多靶点治疗进行了概述,以期为更好地认识中医药作用、指导临床奠定基础。

Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder,which is widely distributed in the world.Its pathogenesis involves brain and bowel interaction disorder,abnormal intestinal dynamics,visceral hypersensitivity,intestinal inflammation,microflora imbalance and other aspects.TCM has advantages on treating this disease.This paper reviewed the modern research on the specific mechanism of TCM in the treatment of IBS,including the regulation of intestinal movement,regulation of brain-intestine interaction,reduction of inflammatory response,regulation of intestinal flora,regulation of metabolism,and protection of intestinal mucosal barrier function.In order to lay a foundation for better understanding the function ofTCM and guiding clinical practice,the multi-dimensional and multi-target therapy of TCM was summarized.
