电针结合养血滋阴法治疗气阴两虚兼毒邪内蕴型功能性便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation of Electroacupuncture Combined with Nourishing Blood and Nourishing Yin to Treat Functional Constipation with Deficiency of Qi and Yin and Toxic Evil

目的分析电针结合养血滋阴法治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取脾胃科收集的气阴两虚兼毒邪内蕴型功能性便秘患者108例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者予以养血滋阴的中药口服,同时联合电针穴位疗法治疗,对照组予以枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片以口服治疗,两组患者治疗时间均为2周,对比两组患者治疗前后的差异。结果治疗组总有效率为94.44%(51/54),对照组总有效率为81.48%(44/54),P<0.05,比较两组差异有统计学意义。两组治疗前后中医证候积分组内比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗组的临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组,说明电针结合养血滋阴法能够有效的缓解气阴两虚兼毒邪内蕴型功能性便秘患者的症状,电针结合养血滋阴法治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘,简单便捷、疗效确切、临床疗效显著且安全性良好,患者满意度高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with nourishing blood and nourishing Yin in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods A total of 108 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group were given oral Chinese medicine to nourish blood and nourish Yin combined with electroacupuncture acupoint therapy.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets.The treatment time of both groups was 2 weeks.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results The total efficiency in the treatment group was 94.44%(51/54)and that of the control group was 81.48%(44/54).The comparison of TCM syndrome between the two groups before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.It shows that electroacupuncture combined with nourishing blood and nourishing Yin can effectively relieve the symptoms of functional constipation patients with Qi-Yin deficiency and toxin-evil accumulation type.The curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with nourishing blood and nourishing Yin to treat functional constipation with deficiency of Qi and Yin and toxic evil is accurate and remarkable.It is simple and convenient and the safety is good.The patients’satisfaction is high.
