胃苏颗粒联合奥美拉唑对反流性食管炎患者的疗效分析

Effect of Weisu Granule(胃苏颗粒)Combined with Omeprazole on Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的分析胃苏颗粒联合奥美拉唑对反流性食管炎(RE)患者的治疗效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年12月在医院消化内科就诊的82例RE患者,随机分为奥美拉唑组(41例)和联合组(41例)。所有患者均给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊进行治疗,联合组患者则在此基础上加用胃苏颗粒,两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察并比较两组的疗效、食管压力、pH值、内镜积分、症状积分以及炎症因子水平。结果两组患者疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的食管括约肌(LES)静息压力、LES远端波幅均升高,且联合组患者的LES静息压力、LES远端波幅高于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的总价pH值低于4的百分比、内镜积分、症状积分、hs-CRP、IL-6以及IL-18水平均下降,且联合组患者的总价pH值低于4的百分比、内镜积分、症状积分、hs-CRP、IL-6以及IL-18水平低于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05)。结论胃苏颗粒联合奥美拉唑与单用奥美拉唑相比,疗效无明显差异,但该疗法具有较好的抑酸作用,可更好的改善食管压力,控制炎症反应,进而提高内镜积分及症状积分,值得在RE的治疗中加以推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Weisu Granule(胃苏颗粒)combined with omeprazole on patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods A total of 82 patients with RE were randomly divided into the omeprazole group(41 cases)and the combined group(41 cases)from June 2017 to December 2018.All patients were treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsule,while the combined group added Weisu Granule on this basis of omeprazole enteric-coated capsule.Both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The curative effect,esophageal pressure,pH value,scores of endoscopy and symptom and levels of inflammatory factors were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the resting pressure of esophageal sphincter(LES)and the distal amplitude of LES were increased in both groups,and the resting pressure and the distal amplitude of LES in the combined group were higher than those in the omeprazole group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of total pH value was less than 4,scores of endoscopy and symptom,levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 were decreased in both groups,and the percentage of total pH value was less than 4,scores of endoscopy and symptom,levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 in the combined group were lower than those in the omeprazole group(P<0.05).Conclusion Weisu Granule combined with omeprazole has a better therapeutic effect on patients with RE.Compared with omeprazole alone,the therapeutic effect has no significant difference,but it has a better acid-suppressing effect,and can better improve esophageal pressure,control inflammation,and then improve scores of endoscopy and symptom.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
