平息丹对脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉经内镜切除术后患者临床疗效及相关血清指标的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Pingxidan(平息丹)on Patients of Colonic Polyps after Endoscopic Resection with Dampness Obstruction of Spleen Deficiency and Its Effects on Related Serum Indexes

目的评价平息丹对脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉经内镜切除术后的患者临床疗效及相关血清指标的影响。方法将112例脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉并经内镜切除术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。治疗组经内镜息肉切除术后予用平息丹口服3个月,对照组不予任何药物治疗。比较两组中医症状疗效、治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胃泌素17(G-17)、息肉复发率及不良事件。结果治疗组各中医症状有效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清TG、TC、LDL-C水平均下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平上升(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组G-17明显降低(P<0.05),且与对照组同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组息肉复发率为11.32%,明显低于对照组的36.36%(P<0.05)。治疗期间治疗组未出现明显不良反应。结论平息丹治疗能够明显改善脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉经内镜切除术后患者中医症状,降低患者血清TG、TC、LDL-C、G-17水平,提高HDL-C水平,降低结肠息肉复发率,且安全性好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pingxidan(平息丹)on patients of colonic polyps after endoscopic resection with dampness obstruction of spleen deficiency and its effects on related serum indexes.Methods A total of 112 cases of colonic polyps with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,56 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Pingxidan for 3 months after endoscopic polypectomy.The control group was not treated with any drugs.The curative effect of TCM symptoms,levels of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and G-17,and the recurrence rates of polyps and adverse events were compared before and after treatment.Results The effective rate and total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of HDL-C were increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of G-17 in the treatment group was decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups at the same time(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of polyps in the treatment group was 11.32%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(36.36%)(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of Pingxidan can obviously improve the TCM symptoms of the patients with polyp of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome after endoscopic resection.It can reduce the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and G-17,increase the level of HDL-C,reduce the recurrence rates of colonic polyps,and has good safety.
