《黄氏医话》是一指禅推拿名家黄汉如总结自己多年临床经验整理记录而成。全书由35则医话和12则报载摘录两部分组成,医话治疗病种广泛,分别就内、外、妇、儿、运动系统5个方面进行论治,每则医话简明扼要,精辟入里,见解独到。报载摘录则是12篇刊登见报称颂黄氏医术水平的文章,其中推拿禁烟最具特色。该书所示一指禅推拿多注重辨证,重视脉诊,提倡推治勿用蛮力和反对过服补剂。现就《黄氏医话》一指禅推拿治疗的病症进行初步探索,敬请同道斧正。

Huangshi Yihua is a book of collection of the One-finger Zen Tuina,which sums up years of clinical experience by HUANG Hanru.The book consists of 35 medical records and 12 journal excerpts.The medical records cover a wide range of diseases,respectively five aspects of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and motor system.Each medical recordis concise and incisive and has unique insights.The journal excerpts from the newspapers are published in 12 articles about the level of medical practice reported by HUANG Hanru,which is the most distinctive feature of smoking.The book shows that One-finger Zen Tuina pays more attention to syndrome differentiation,attaches importance to pulse diagnosis,advocates no use of brute force and opposition to over supplements.This article introduced the symptoms related to the treatment of Huangshi Yihua,respectfully inviting physicians to make corrections.
