南征“一则八法”在穴位埋线减肥中的应用

南征教授从医数十载,作为著名内科专家,其临证善用中医经典,临床中治疗思想独具一格,在内分泌疾病等方面创立了很多特色的疗法,其中"一则八法"在治疗疾病中广泛应用。该文总结南征教授"一则八法"的具体内涵,并将其在穴位埋线减肥中的应用加以分析整理,以供同仁参考学习。目前,受社会、环境等多种因素影响,肥胖人群比例逐年升高,其所带来的并发症严重影响着人们的身体健康,穴位埋线作为绿色、有效的中医外治法在减肥中应用广泛,该文将从"一则八法"指导辨证选穴、指导临床技法、指导日常调护、指导养生防病四个方面进行剖析论述,并附验案2则,从不同证型、不同取穴方法及不同生活调护进行整体调节,皆获满意疗效。"一则八法"运用到穴位埋线减肥中,理论依据充分,临床疗效确切,并且安全可靠,便于在临床治疗单纯性肥胖中推广应用。

Professor NAN Zheng has been practicing medicine for decades.As a famous internal medicine expert,he makes good use of TCM classics in clinical practice and has a unique therapeutic idea in clinical treatment.He has created many characteristic therapies in endocrine diseases and other aspects,among which“one principle and eight methods”has been widely used in the treatment of diseases.This paper summarized the specific connotation of Professor NAN Zheng′s“one principle and eight methods”,and analyzed and sorted out its application in acupoint embedding thread to lose weight,so as to provide reference for colleagues to learn.At present,influenced by many factors such as social factors,environmental factors and obesity rate increasing year by year,its brings the serious complications affecting people′s health.The acupoint catgut embedding is an effective external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine used widely in the weight loss.This paper analyzed and discussed“one principle and eight methods”from aspects of guiding syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection,guiding clinical techniques,guiding daily care,guiding health preservation and disease prevention,and attached two experimental cases.The overall adjustment was carried out from different syndrome types,different acupoint selection methods and different life care,and satisfactory curative effects were obtained.The application of“one principle and eight methods”to acupoint catgut embedding for weight loss has sufficient theoretical basis,accurate clinical effect,safety and reliability,and is convenient for popularization and application in the clinical treatment of simple obesity.
