“益气温阳、祛痰化瘀”法治疗冠心病合并缓慢性心律失常临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of “Benefiting Qi and Warming Yang, Eliminating Phlegm and Resolving Blood Stasis” in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Bradyarrhythmia

目的观察应用"益气温阳、祛痰化瘀"法治疗冠心病合并缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法随机将60例冠心病合并缓慢性心律失常患者分为对照组30例及治疗组30例,对照组给予基础西药治疗,治疗组在基础西药治疗基础上结合中药颗粒剂口服,比较两组的中医症状疗效、心电图改变、心率相关指标、生活质量评价等。结果治疗组在中医症状疗效、中医症状总积分改善情况、心电图改善水平、心率疗效及生活质量改善情况等均明显优于对照组。结论应用"益气温阳、祛痰化瘀"治疗冠心病合并缓慢性心律失常在减轻患者病痛、提升心率、提高生活质量、改善患者预后等方面具有较显著优势。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of“benefiting Qi and warming Yang,eliminating phlegm and resolving blood stasis”in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with bradyarrhythmia.Methods Sixty patients with CHD complicated with bradyarrhythmia were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The control group was given basic western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given basic western medicine treatment based on oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine granules.The effects of TCM symptoms,ECG changes,heart rate related indicators and life quality evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of TCM symptoms,total score of TCM symptoms,ECG,heart rate and quality of life.Conclusion The application of“benefiting Qi and warming Yang,eliminating phlegm and resolving blood stasis”in the treatment of CHD complicated with bradyarrhythmia has significant advantages in alleviating pain,increasing heart rate,improving quality of life and improving prognosis of patients.
