结合汉江流域气候特点运用麻杏石甘汤合泽泻汤加减治疗重症COVID-19

Maxing Shigan Decoction(麻杏石甘汤)and Zexie Decoction(泽泻汤)in Treatment of Severe COVID-19 in Combination with Climate Characteristics of Hanjiang River Basin

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19),简称"新冠肺炎"。以发热、干咳、乏力为主要表现。重症患者多在发病一周后出现呼吸困难和/或低氧血症,严重者可快速进展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征、脓毒症休克、难以纠正的代谢性酸中毒和出凝血功能障碍及多器官功能衰竭等。该隔离病区经中西医结合治疗1例危重患者,3例病重患者均痊愈出院;其中麻杏石甘汤合泽泻汤加减治疗重症COVID-19疗效显著,特总结经验与同道共享。

COVID-19 is characterized by fever,dry cough and fatigue.In severe cases,dyspnea and/or hypoxemia occurs one week after onset,and in severe cases,acute respiratory distress syndrome,septic shock,metabolic acidosis that is difficult to be corrected,clotting dysfunction,and multi-organ failure may occur rapidly.One critically ill patient was treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in our isolated ward,and all the 3 seriously ill patients recovered and left the hospital.Maxing Shigan Decoction(麻杏石甘汤)and Zexie Decoction(泽泻汤)have a significant effect on the treatment of severe COV⁃ID-19.We hereby summarized our experience and shared it with our colleagues.
