基于关联规则挖掘国医大师邓铁涛治疗心系病证的用药规律

Medication Rules of DENG′s Treating Cardiovascular Diseases Based on Association Rules

目的基于关联规则挖掘国医大师邓铁涛教授治疗心系病证的用药规律。方法在名老中医学术经验国家服务平台上收集邓铁涛教授治疗心系病证的医案处方,规范药物名称,建立Excel数据库,应用SPSS 22.0对药物进行描述性统计,运用Weka3.6.11对高频药物进行关联规则和关联程度挖掘,并对必用药对或药组的剂量使用情况进行统计,借助Pajek5.01软件对关联药物之间复杂网络关系进行可视化处理。结果在收集到的128条有效处方中,高频药物为茯苓、法半夏、枳壳等,置信度和关联程度较高的组合多为益气健脾、化痰祛瘀等药物的组合,必用药对或药组的剂量多为6~15 g。结论益气健脾、化痰祛瘀为邓铁涛教授治疗心系病证用药的重要规律,心脾相关、痰瘀相关为主要辨证思想。

Objective To explore the medication rules of Professor DENG Tietao in treating cardiovascular diseases based on association rules.Methods The national service platform of famous old traditional Chinese medicine academic experience was searched to collect all the prescriptions of Prof.DENG treating cardiovascular diseases,and herbs′denominations were also defined.Then,an Excel database was built and SPSS 22.0 was applied to do descriptive statistical analysis.Association rules and interdependence coefficients of high-frequency herbs were conducted by Weka3.6.11 and the data of different dose of inevitable herb pairs was analyzed.The information above was imported into the Pajek5.01 software to construct a visual network model of the interaction of the relative herbs.Results Among the 128 available prescriptions,the high-frequency drug pairs were Fuling(Poria),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum)and Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus),etc,which had a higher confidence and interdependence coefficients.Their effects were basically summarized to nourish Qi,invigorate spleen,and remove phlegm and blood stasis.Their dosage ranked from 6 to 15 grams.Conclusion The therapy of nourishing Qi to invigorate spleen and removing phlegm and blood stasis is the principle rules of Prof.DENG treating cardiovascular diseases.The correlation between heart and spleen and the correlation between phlegm and blood stasis are main academic theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
