中医药治疗腰椎间盘退变研究进展

Research Progress in Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Degeneration with Traditional Chinese Medicine

腰椎间盘退变是导致发生慢性腰痛的最常见原因之一,严重影响着人类的身心健康。临床上使用的药物治疗和手术治疗不能从根本上缓解疾病,并且有复发的风险。中医药在预防和治疗腰椎间盘退变方面有悠久的历史。但是,到目前为止,关于中医对腰椎间盘退变的治疗尚无任何评论。因此,系统地挖掘有关中医药治疗腰椎间盘退变的文献极具价值。文章力求系统地整理现代医学和中医药对腰椎间盘退变的理论研究,以及该病的治疗进展,这将为以后的研究打下一定的理论基础、提供新的方向。

Lumbar disc degeneration is one of the most common causes of chronic low back pain.It costs a lot of labor and financial resources,and seriously affects human physical and mental health.The medical treatment and surgical treatment used clinically cannot alleviate the disease fundamentally,and there is a risk of recurrence.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in preventing and treating lumbar disc degeneration.However,so far,there is no comment on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration by traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,it is extremely valuable to systematically excavate the literature on the treatment of lumbar disc degeneration with traditional Chinese medicine.This article strived to systematically sort out the theoretical research on lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the progress of the treatment of the disease,which would lay a certain theoretical basis and provide new directions for future research.
