悬吊技术结合疏经调脏针法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床研究

Clinical Study of Suspension Technique Combined with Dredging Meridians and Regulating Orangs Needling Method on Cerebral Palsy in Children

目的分析研究悬吊技术结合针刺疏经调脏法对儿童脑性瘫痪患者的疗效及对其运动功能和言语障碍的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年10月在该院治疗的儿童脑性瘫痪患者84例,随机分成对照组和观察组两组,各42例,对照组仅采用悬吊技术康复训练模式,观察组在此基础上疏经调脏法针灸疗法,分析比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组患儿的疗效较好,其患儿的总有效率(95.24%,40/42)明显高于对照组(69.05%,32/42),组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在粗大运动功能D区、E区方面,随着治疗时间的延长,两组患儿的功能评分明显增加,并且观察组患儿治疗后的运动功能评分增加幅度显著高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的平衡功能分数均升高,且观察组患儿的评分提高幅度大于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后的语言功能和构音障碍评分均较治疗前有一定程度的增加,且观察组的提升较为显著;另外,观察组患儿在治疗后的神经功能恢复评分也较对照组提升的更为显著,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童脑性瘫痪,采用悬吊技术结合针刺疏经调脏法治疗,具有显著的疗效,能有效提升患儿的运动功能,恢复神经功能,改善患儿的语言能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of suspension technique combined with dredging meridians and regulating the internal organs needling on children with cerebral palsy and its effect on motor function and speech impairment.Methods A total of 84 children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 42 cases.The control group only adopted the suspension technique rehabilitation training model.Based on this,the dredging meridians and regulating orangs needling was analyzed,and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better.The total effective rate(95.24%,40/42)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.05%,32/42).There was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).In the area of gross motor function area D and E,with the extension of the treatment time,the functional scores of the two groups were increased significantly,and the increase in the motor function score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The balance function scores of the two groups were increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups′language function and dysarthria scores were increased to a certain extent compared with those before treatment,and the observation group′s improvement was more significant.In addition,the observation group′s neurological recovery score after treatment was also higher than that of the control group.The improvement was more significant,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children patients with cerebral palsy,the use of suspension technology combined with the dredging meridians and regulating the internal organs needling has a significant effect,can effectively improve the motor function of children,restore nerve function,improve the language ability of children,and is worthy of clinical application.
