101例单纯舒张期高血压病患者的中医治疗观察

Clinical Observation of TCM Treatment for 101 IDH Cases

目的探讨八珍汤加味在不同服法时治疗单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)的临床疗效。方法将108例IDH患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗1组和治疗2组,各36例。对照组给安慰剂治疗,治疗1组常规中药服法,治疗2组精细化给药服法。对比3组患者的血压下降情况和复发比例,探讨不同服法对临床疗效的影响。结果治疗1组和治疗2组舒张期血压均较对照组有显著下降(P<0.01),治疗1组总有效率与治疗2组相当,复发率高于治疗2组(P<0.01)。结论八珍汤加味治疗IDH疗效显著,精细化给药服法复发率显著低于整方服法组,IDH病机可能跟免疫水平下降密切有关。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Modified Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤)with different administration methods in the treatment of IDH.Methods A total of 108 IDH patients were randomly divided into one control group and two treatment groups(group 1 and 2),each with 36 patients.The control group was treated with placebo.Group 1 applied conventional drug administration method,and group 2 with fine drug administration method.We compared the drop of blood pressure and the recurrence of hypertension among three groups and investigated the effect of different TCM administration methods on clinical efficacy.Results The drop of diastolic blood pressure in group 1 and 2 was significant than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of group 1 and 2 was equivalent.The hypertension recurrence rate of group 1 was higher than that of the group 2(P<0.01).Conclusion The Modified Bazhen Decoction has a significant curative effect on IDH,and the fine drug administration method has a good long-term curative effect.The pathogenesis of IDH may be closely related to the decreased immune system function level.
