应用毓麟珠“从气论治”肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Premature Ovarian Insufficiency of Kidney Deficiency Type Treated by Yulinzhu(毓麟珠)

目的观察毓麟珠"从气论治"肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,每组各30例,实验组口服毓麟珠(农本方),对照组采用雌孕激素序贯治疗(口服戊酸雌二醇片+黄体酮胶囊),观察患者治疗前后月经恢复情况、证候疗效指数、血清性激素(FSH、LH、E2)、基础窦卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度等指标,评价毓麟珠"从气论治"肾虚型POI患者的临床疗效。结果毓麟珠治疗POI(肾气虚型),明显改善患者的临床症状及降低FSH、LH并提高E2水平,并能增加卵巢基础窦卵泡数及子宫内膜厚度。结论毓麟珠能有效改善POI(肾气虚型)患者卵巢功能并能起到延缓卵巢早衰进程的作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yulinzhu(毓麟珠)on premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency type.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The observation group were given Yulinzhu.The control group were given the sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone(Estradiol Valerate Tablets and Progesterone Capsules).The recovery of menstruation,therapeutic index of syndrome,serum sex hormones FSH,LH and E2,number of follicles in basal sinus and thickness of endometrium were observed before and after treated.The clinical effect of Yulinzhu treating premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency type was evaluated.Results Yulinzhu can improve the clinical symptoms,decrease FSH and LH and increase E2 level in patients with POI.It can also increase the number of follicles in basal sinus and thickness of endometrium.Conclusion Yulinzhu can effectively improve the ovarian function of patients with POI(kidney Qi deficiency type)and delay the process of premature ovarian failure.
