滋养肝肾法治疗肝肾阴虚型老年高血压病患者的临床研究

Clinical Study on Nourishing Liver and Kidney Method in Treatment of Senile Hypertension of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

目的探究滋养肝肾法治疗肝肾阴虚型老年高血压病患者对中医症状疗效、血压平滑指数及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法随机选取2015年7月—2020年2月在该院心血管内科进行治疗的80例老年高血压病患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为研究组与对照组两组,每组患者40例。对照组患者给予卡托普利治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予滋养肝肾方治疗。两组患者均连续治疗8周。对两组患者的基本资料进行对比。对比测定两组患者的中医症状疗效、动态血压、血压平滑指数及血浆Ang-Ⅱ、CGRP水平。结果研究组与对照组患者的中医症状疗效分别为95.00%(38/40)、80.00%(32/40),研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者各动态血压参数及血浆Ang-Ⅱ水平较治疗前均明显降低,血压平滑指数及血浆CGRP水平均明显升高,且研究组上述各指标变化幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论滋养肝肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型老年高血压病,能够明显调控Ang-Ⅱ、CGRP水平,降低患者血压,临床效果明显。

Objective To explore the effect of nourishing liver and kidney method on TCM symptoms,blood pressure smooth index,plasma angiotensionⅡ(Ang-Ⅱ)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in elderly patients with hypertension of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods From July 2015 to February 2020,80 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly selected to be treated in the cardiovascular department of our hospital.According to the method of random number table,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the study group were treated with nourishing liver and kidney formula on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The basic data of the two groups was compared.The therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms,ambulatory blood pressure,blood pressure smooth index and the levels of Ang-Ⅱand CGRP were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effects of TCM symptoms in the study group and the control group were 95.00%(38/40)and 80.00%(32/40),respectively.The effect in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the parameters of ambulatory blood pressure and the level of plasma Ang-Ⅱin the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The smooth index of blood pressure and the level of plasma CGRP were significantly higher,and the changes of the above indexes in the study group were more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing liver and kidney formula can regulate the level of Ang-Ⅱand CGRP and reduce the blood pressure of the elderly patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.
