从脾胃角度论中医治未病思想在新型冠状病毒肺炎防治中的运用

Application of Thought of “Preventive Treatment” in Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 from Perspective of Spleen and Stomach

近半年来,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在全球肆虐,临床以发热、干咳、乏力为主要表现,属于中医"寒湿疫"的范畴。追溯中医疫病体系的形成史,自古以来中医药在人类疫病诊治中发挥重要作用,中医疫病防治思想是中医治未病思想的高度体现。在该次COVID-19的防治中,中医同样具备特色及优势。考虑疫情爆发的气运及临床特点,作者认为此次COVID-19与脾胃密切相关,土运不及则木乘金燥;而肺虚则子病及母;脾胃不足则病瘥易复,即脾胃与本病的发病、治疗、预后息息相关。文章从脾胃角度,以中医治未病思想为切入点,论述了中医在COVID-19预防、治疗、康复期的作用。

In the past six months,corona virus disease(COVID-19)has been raging around the world.It is characterized by fever,dry cough and fatigue.It belongs to the category of“cold-damp epidemic”in TCM.Tracing back to the formation history of epidemic disease system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM has played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of human epidemic diseases since ancient times.The thought of prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases of TCM is highly reflected in the thought of preventive treatment of diseases of TCM.In the prevention and treatment of COVID-19,traditional Chinese medicine also has characteristics and advantages.Considering the Qi movement and clinical characteristics of the outbreak,the author thinks that COVID-19 is closely related to the spleen and stomach.The deficiency of lung can cause the disease of mother Zang-organ.The deficiency of spleen and stomach is easy to recover,that is,the spleen and stomach are closely related to the onset,treatment and prognosis of the disease.From the perspective of spleen and stomach,this paper discussed the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of COVID-19.
