新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医康复思路和方法探析

当前我国的新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情已经被有效遏制,患者病毒转阴出院,面临身心全面康复的迫切需求。分析出院患者的健康状况,根据中医健康标准,阐释天人合一、根除余邪、形神共养、五脏调和、辨证施养、杂合以治的中医康复理论,归纳调畅情志、呼吸吐纳、运动导引、调治经穴等康复方法。通过再认识中医康复的思路和方法,冀期启迪和丰富当前新冠肺炎的康复策略,为我国及世界的抗疫作战贡献力量。

The epidemic of COVID-19 in China has been effectively contained presently.The patients are discharged one after another after their virus turns to be negative.They urgently need a comprehensive physical and mental recovery.According to the health standard of traditional Chinese medicin(TCM),this article analyzed the health status of discharged patients,explained the rehabilitation theories of TCM,such as the union of heaven and human,the elimination of residual evils,the co-existence of body and spirit,the harmony of five internal Zang-organs,the application of syndrome differentiation and the treatment of heterozygosity,and summed up the methods of regulating emotions,breathing,physical exercises and regulating meridians and acupoints.The COVID-19 rehabilitation strategy is inspired and enriched by the recognition of TCM rehabilitation thinking and methods.This article would contribute to the fight against COVID-19 in China and the world.
