基于“久病入络”理论探讨“虚”“痰”“瘀”与恶性骨肿瘤的关系

Relationship between “Deficiency”-“Phlegm”-“Blood Stasis” and Malignant Bone Tumor Based on Theory of “Chronic Disease Transforming to Collateral”

"久病入络"描述的是疾病入里生变的一个过程,恶性骨肿瘤的发病多因本虚标实而引起。正气虚耗,内伤七情造成的机体脏腑功能失调,痰、瘀、毒博结于骨络而成。该文基于"久病入络"理论,阐述恶性骨肿瘤具有病位深、病情复杂、易转移的特点,并通过分析恶性骨肿瘤与"久病入络"之间的病证特点,论证恶性骨肿瘤与久病入络之间的密切联系,并认为正气亏虚,外邪由表入里,正虚邪实,例如痰、瘀、毒此类有形之实邪如果没有及时得以清除,则会由表入络,最终形成于骨络;而"痰""瘀""毒",都是由于脏腑功能异常,造成机体失去自我调节的能力,使得病情不断加重,日久则痰、瘀、毒阻络,化为癌毒,是其最主要的发病机制。目前来看,对于恶性骨肿瘤的治疗,也是基于脏腑经络理论,以"扶正祛邪"为主,辨别该疾病的主要发生部位,通过药物对肝、脾、肾的调节,扶助机体正气,进而遏制有形邪实的癌变。所以从"久病入络"角度分析与治疗恶性骨肿瘤,希望可以为临床治疗提供新思路。

The theory of“chronic disease transforming to collateral”describes a process of diseases development,and malignant bone tumors are mostly caused by the deficiency of the original and excessive pathological products.Qi depletion and internal injury cause the Zang-Fu organs dysfunction,and phlegm,blood stasis and toxin accumulate in the bone collaterals.Based on the theory of“chronic disease transforming to collateral”,this paper expounds that malignant bone tumor has the characteristics of deep location,complex condition and easy metastasis.By analyzing the characteristics of disease and syndrome between malignant bone tumor and“chronic disease transforming to collateral”,it demonstrates the close relationship between malignant bone tumor and lchronic disease transforming to collateral.It is considered as deficiency of vital energy,external evil from exterior to interior,deficiency of vital energy and excess of pathological products,such as phlegm,blood stasis,toxin,which are caused by dysfunction of Zang-Fu organs and cause the body to lose the ability of self-regulation and aggravates the disease.At present,the treatment of malignant bone tumor is also based on the theory of Zang-Fu organs and meridians,focusing on“invigorating the health and dispelling the evil”,identifying the main site of the disease,regulating liver,spleen and kidney with drugs,supporting the body′s healthy Qi,and then curbing the carcinogenesis.Therefore,the analysis and treatment of malignant bone tumors from the perspective of“chronic disease transforming to collateral”are expected to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
