参芪地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病肾病研究进展

糖尿病肾病迁延难愈,造成的肾脏损伤多不可逆,最终可能会导致慢性肾功能衰竭,给患者的生理和心理带来极大的压力。因此,及时干预和有效的治疗是控制疾病恶性发展的重中之重。而糖尿病肾病的病因病机复杂多变,多因先天禀赋不足,加之后期饮食、情志、劳欲等影响,加速疾病的发生发展。病机以气阴两虚为根本,长期阴伤气耗而致阴损及阳,后期常出现阴阳两虚,而脾肾阳虚较常在临床中出现。参芪地黄汤作为气阴双补,健脾益肾的要方,广泛应用于糖尿病肾病的治疗,其通过改善肾功能,抑制炎性反应,能够显著提高临床治疗有效率,疗效确切。作者总结了近3年参芪地黄汤在临床应用中的研究进展,以期为今后的临床治疗和机制研究提供新思路。

Diabetic kidney disease is persistent and difficult to heal,and the kidney damage caused by it is irreversible.It may eventually lead to chronic renal failure and bring great pressure to the patients′physiology and psychology.Therefore,timely intervention and effective treatment are the top priority to control the malignant development of the disease.The etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease are complex and changeable,mostly due to insufficient congenital endowments,and the influence of later diet,emotions and labor desire,which accelerate the occurrence and development of the disease.The pathogenesis is based on the deficiency of both Qi and Yin.The long-term yin damages the Qi and Causes the loss of Yin and Yang.The deficiency of boty Yin and Yang often occurs in the later stage,and the spleen and kidney yang deficiency is more common in clinical practice.Shenqi Dihuang Decoction(参芪地黄汤)is widely used in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease as an essential formula for tonifying Qi and Yin and strengthening the spleen and kidney.By improving renal function and inhibiting infammatory reactions,it can significantly improve the effective clinical treatment efficiency with definite curative efefct.The author summarized the research progress of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in clinical application in the past 3 years,hoping to provide new ideas for future clinical treatment and mechanism research.
