祛斑方联合焦丝霜治疗黄褐斑的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Quban Formula( 祛斑方) Combined with Jiaosi Cream( 焦丝霜) in Treatment of Melasma

目的完成祛斑方联合焦丝霜对黄褐斑的临床疗效评价及安全性评估。方法将60例黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组予口服祛斑方联合外用焦丝霜;对照组予口服祛斑方。治疗观察3个月。观察两组治疗后色斑面积及严重程度(MASI)评分表、中医证候评分表、皮肤病生活质量指标调查问卷量表(DLQI)的积分改变。结果在改善皮损及中医证候、提高患者生活质量方面,治疗前后两组均有显著性差异(P<0.05);在改善皮损及提高生活质量方面,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率76.7%,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛斑方联合焦丝霜治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To accomplish the clinical evaluation and safety evaluation of Quban Formula(祛斑方)and Jiaosi Cream(焦丝霜)in the treatment of melasma.Methods Sixty patients were randomly selected into test group and control group,30 patients in each.The test group was treated with the combination of Quban Formula and facial Jiaosi Cream as an internal and external treatment.The control group was solely treated with Quban Formula.The patients were treated and observed for three months.The differences of scores in the MASI,syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and DLQI rate scale were observed in the two groups after treatment.Results There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in improving skin lesions,TCM syndromes and DLQI(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving skin lesions and the quality of life(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 76.7%.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quban Formula combined with Jiaosi Cream is effective in the treatment of melasma with no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
