Influence of “ZHENG′s Traditional Chinese Medicine” on Non-Operative Patients with Ruptured Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨"郑氏"标准化疗法在治疗破裂型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)中的应用。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月在该院治疗的563例破裂型LDH患者作为研究对象,依据患者的治疗方案将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组选择传统的非手术治疗方案,观察组采用"郑氏"标准化疗法进行治疗。分别计算L4/5和L5/S1损伤患者中观察组和对照组的住院天数、腰部软组织张力变化情况;分别在患者入院时和在开始治疗后两周评价两组患者的目测类比评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(JOA)和腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果观察组患者的住院天数均显著少于对照组;治疗后两组患者的腰部软组织张力均显著减小,同时观察组患者的肌张力显著低于对照组。两组患者经过治疗后VAS评分和ODI显著降低,JOA评分显著升高。治疗后观察组患者VAS评分和ODI显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组。观察组患者的治疗改善率显著高于对照组。结论"郑氏"标准化疗法能够有效缓解破裂型LDH患者疼痛,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application of ZHENG′s standardized therapy in the treatment of ruptured lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 563 patients with ruptured LDH treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment plan.The control group chose the traditional non-surgical treatment plan,and the observation group was treated with ZHENG′s standardized therapy.The number of days of hospitalization and changes in waist soft tissue tension in the observation group and control group in patients with L4/5 and L5/S1 injury were calculated.The visual analogue scores(VAS)of the two groups at the time of admission and two weeks after the start of treatment,Japan Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment Score(JOA)and Lumbar Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)were evaluated.Results The hospital stays of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group.The lumbar soft tissue tension of the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment,and the muscle tension of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.After treatment,the VAS score and ODI of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the JOA score was significantly increased.After treatment,the VAS score and ODI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group.The improvement rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion ZHENG’s standardized therapy can effectively relieve the pain of patients with ruptured LDH and improve the treatment effect.
