栝楼桂枝汤联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫效果

Effect of Gualou Guizhi Decoction( 栝楼桂枝汤) Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Stroke Hemiplegia

目的探讨栝楼桂枝汤联合常规康复训练对脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫疗效、认知功能、运动功能影响。方法将医院收治的150例脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者平均分为两组,对照组给予常规康复训练,治疗组给予栝楼桂枝汤结合常规康复训练。比较两组患者的疗效、认知功能、运动功能。结果治疗组总有效率(86.67%,65/75)高于对照组(72.00%,54/75)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的WMS-RC、WSCT和FMA评分相比无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组组患者WMS-RC、WSCT和FMA评分比对照组均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论栝楼桂枝汤可提高脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者的疗效,同时可改善患者认知功能、运动功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Gualou Guizhi Decoction(栝楼桂枝汤)combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy spasmodic hemiplegia,cognitive function and motor function.Methods A total of 150 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was given Gualou Guizhi Decoction combined with routine rehabilitation training.The therapeutic effect,cognitive function and motor function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(86.67%)was higher than that of the control group(72.00%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in WMS-RC,WSCT or FMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,WMS-RC,WSCT and FMA scores in the treatment group were improved compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gualou Guizhi Decoction can improve the effect of hemiplegia,cognitive function and motor function.
