复方苦参注射液治疗放射性肺损伤的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Kushen Injection( 复方苦参注射液)in the Treatment of Radioactive Lung Injury

目的研究观察复方苦参注射液治疗放射性肺损伤的临床效果。方法2018年1月—2019年12月,该院共收治35例胸部恶性肿瘤患者,按照计算机随机分组法将患者患者分为对照组(15例)与干预组(20例),两组患者均进行同步放射治疗,干预组患者联合复方苦参注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果干预组治疗1月后的放射性肺损伤0级百分比多于对照组(P<0.05),1级、3级百分比比较无差异(P>0.05),2级百分比少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组治疗3月后的放射性肺损伤0级百分比多于对照组,1级、2级、3级百分比少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组放射治疗前的TGF-β1水平、TNF-α水平比较无差异(P>0.05);两组放射治疗后的TGF-β1水平、TNF-α水平均有升高,干预组放射治疗后的TGF-β1水平、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液治疗放射性肺损伤,可减轻患者的放射肺损伤情况,可有效改善患者的TGF-β1水平、TNF-α水平,效果理想,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and observe the clinical effect of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)in the treatment of radioactive lung injury.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 35 cases of malignant breast tumor patients,according to the computer random grouping,were divided into control group(15 cases)and intervention group(20 cases).Two groups were synchronized radiotherapy.The intervention group patients added Compound Kushen Injection treatment.We compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results After 1 month of treatment,the level 0 percentage of radioactive lung injury in the intervention group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level 1 and level 3 percentages were not different(P>0.05),and the level 2 percentages were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level 0 percentage of radioactive lung injury in the intervention group 3 months after treatment was higher than those in the control group,and the level 1,level 2 and level 3 percentages were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the levels of TGF-β1 and TNF-αbetween the two groups before radiotherapy(P>0.05).The levels of TGF-β1 and TNF-αin both groups increased after radiotherapy,and the levels of TGF-β1 and TNF-αin the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)in the treatment of radioactive lung injury can reduce the situation of radioactive lung injury in patients,and can effectively improve the levels of TGF-β1 and TNF-αin patients.
