从治风先治血理论在支气管哮喘中的运用阐释

Application of Theory of Treating Wind and Blood First in Bronchial Asthma

在晁恩祥教授以风论治哮喘的基础上,结合治风先治血、血行风自灭理论,探讨活血、补血、凉血疗法在哮喘中的应用:从血论治过敏性皮炎如荨麻疹、湿疹具有良好效果,肺皮同病理论下,亦可应用于哮喘;古代医家和现代医家均有使用活血通络法治疗哮喘的经验和临床研究。活血类药物如川芎、丹参、三七、银杏叶、桃仁、红花、牛膝、红景天等,从中医整体观和久病必瘀机理,可贯穿哮喘急性期和缓解期全病程,无论寒热虚实,标本兼治;补血类药物如当归、熟地黄、白芍、何首乌、阿胶、紫河车等,从体质调节理论和久病必虚,适用于哮喘缓解期,改善预后,治本为主;凉血类药物如生地黄、玄参、丹皮、赤芍、紫草等,从热极生风理论,可应用于阴虚质哮喘、热哮等,佐助为主。重视从血论治哮喘,正确使用活血、补血、凉血药物在哮喘不同证候和状况中,可明显改善症状和获取远期效果。

On the basis of Professor CHAO Enxiang′s treatment of asthma based on wind,combined with the theory of treating wind with blood first and blood circulation with wind self destruction,this paper discussed the application of blood activating,blood tonifying and blood cooling therapy in asthma.It has good effect to treat allergic dermatitis such as urticaria and eczema from blood,and it can also be applied to asthma under the theory of lung skin disease.Both ancient and modern doctors have used the method of activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals to treat asthma.Blood activating drugs such as Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Yinxingye(Ginkgo Folium),Taoren(Persicae Semen),Honghua(Carthami Flos),Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix),Hongjingtian(Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix Et Rhizoma)and so on,from the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine and the mechanism of long illness with blood stasis,can run through the whole course of asthma in acute stage and remission stage.Blood tonifying drugs such as Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix),Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla),Ziheche(Hominis Placenta)and so on,from the theory of constitution regulation and chronic disease being deficient,are suitable for asthma remission,and can improve the prognosis and treat the root cause.Blood cooling drugs such as Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),Xuanshen(Scrophulariae Radix),Mudanpi(Moutan Cortex),Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra),Zicao(Arnebiae Radix)and so on can be applied to Yin deficiency asthma and heat asthma from the theory of heat generating wind.The treatment of asthma should be from blood and the correct use of blood activating,blood tonifying and blood cooling drugs in different syndromes and conditions of asthma.It can significantly improvesymptoms and obtain long-term effect.
