衰老机制及地黄饮子抗衰老研究进展

Aging is a very complex physiological phenomenon that occurs in natural organisms over time.With the mounting of global aging population,the incidence of aging-related diseases is increasing year by year.A thorough understanding of the mechanism of aging can prevent and treat chronic diseases of the elderly more accurately.With its long history and rich experience,traditional Chinese medicine has formed unique and advantageous theories and therapies,and has a deep understanding of the prevention and treatment of aging.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that kidney deficiency is the core pathogenesis of aging,and the first choice for prevention and treatment of aging is the kidney-tonifying therapy.Dihuang Yinzi(地黄饮子),as a classical prescription for tonifying Yin and Yang in the kidney,has a significant effect on preventing and treating aging and aging-related diseases.This article described the aging mechanism that has been studied in modern medicine in recent years,including free radical theory,mitochondrial injury theory,immunological theory,neuroendocrine theory,signaling pathway theory and autophagy,and summarized the research progress of the anti-aging mechanism of Dihuang Yinzi according to scavenging free radical,repairing mitochondrial damage,inhibiting apoptosis,regulating immune function and neuroendocrine function,and interfering related signaling pathways,which provides a reference for further research on aging.
