2015年版《中国药典》(一部)含天麻成方制剂的归纳分析

Induction and Analysis of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma) Preparation in 2015 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part Ⅰ)

目的归纳分析了2015年版《中国药典》(一部)中含天麻成方制剂,以期为天麻制剂的临床应用、深度开发及剂型改良提供参考。方法查阅《中国药典》(2015年版),搜集其中含有天麻的成方制剂,整理分析其中药味数、制剂剂型、制备方法、功能主治及注意事项等。结果发现《中国药典》(2015年版)中收载含天麻成方制剂54种,除通痹片未全列出其中药味数外,中药味数以11~15味居多(35.18%),6~10味次之(22.22%),剂型以胶囊剂(17种)、丸剂(17种)为主,服用方式几乎均为口服,占总数的90.74%,制备方法以粉碎成细粉直接入药(36种)为主,功能主治主要为祛风化痰、平肝潜阳、镇惊安眠、健脾祛湿,收载的含天麻的成方制剂中,有14未标明剂量,占总数的28.89%。笔者拟通过归纳分析《中国药典》2015年版(一部)中含天麻成方制剂来深入研究天麻,认为可充分利用现有的化学成分及有效化学成分作用机制研究天麻的新功效,提高天麻在临床上的使用率。

Objective To summarize and analyze the preparation containing Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part I)in 2015 in order to provide reference for clinical application,deep development and dosage form improvement of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma).Methods The Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2015 edition was consulted to collect the preparation containing Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)and analyze its flavor,dosage form,preparation method,function and attention.Results A total of 54 preparations containing Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)were collected the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2015 edition.Except for Tongbi Tablets(通痹片),11-15 kinds of Chinese herbs(35.18%)and 6-10 kinds of Chinese herbs(22.22%)were collected.Secondly,the dosage form was capsule(17 kinds)and pills(17 kinds).Almost all of them were oral,accounting for 90.74%of the total.The preparation method was comminuted into fine powder directly into the medicine(36 kinds).The main function of the main treatment was to expel wind and resolve phlegm,calming the liver,quaking sleep,invigorating spleen and removing dampness.In the preparations containing Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma),there were 14 unmarked dose,accounting for 28.89%of the total.The author intended to study Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015(Part I)by means of induction and analysis.It is believed that the present chemical composition and active chemical composition can be fully utilized mechanism to study the new efficacy of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)and improve the clinical utilization rate of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma).
