疏肝补肾毓麟汤治疗肝郁肾虚型弱精症引起男性不育的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shugan Bushen Yulin Decoction in Treatment of Male Infertility Caused by Liver-Depression and Kidney-Deficiency Syndrome

目的观察疏肝补肾毓麟汤治疗弱精症引起的男性不育的临床疗效。方法对临床上符合肝郁肾虚型弱精症男性不育诊断的80例男性患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组40例给予疏肝补肾毓麟汤治疗,对照组40例给予麒麟丸治疗,两组均治疗3个月为1个疗程。治疗前后观察两组精液量、精子浓度、精子活力(a级、a^+b级)的变化判断疗效。结果对照组与治疗组治疗后的临床总有效率分别为55%、80%,治疗组的总有效率大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后精液量及精子浓度无差异(P>0.05),精子活力有明显改善(P<0.01);治疗组治疗前后精液量及精子浓度无差异(P>0.05),精子浓度和精子活力有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗后两组精液量及精子浓度无差异(P>0.05),治疗组对精子活力的改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组在治疗过程中仅对照组患者诉有大便变黑变稀,余无不良反应。结论疏肝补肾毓麟汤治疗弱精症引起的男性不育疗效显著,临床值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Bushen Yulin Decoction onmale infertility causedbyasthenozoospermia.Methods Eighty male patients who were clinically diagnosed with asthenozoospermia caused by liver depression and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,40 patients in the treatment group received Shugan Bushen Yulin Decoctionand 40 patients in the control group received Qilin Pills.Changes of semen volume,sperm concentration and sperm motility(grade a,grade a+b)were observed before and after treatment to determine the efficacy.Results The total clinical effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 55%and 80%,respectively,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no difference in semen volume or sperm concentration before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05),and the sperm motility was significantly improved(P<0.01).There were no differences in semen volume or sperm concentration before and after treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05),and sperm concentration and sperm motility were significantly improved(P<0.01).After treatment,there was no difference in semen volume or sperm concentration between the two groups(P>0.05),and the improvement of sperm motility in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).During the treatment of the two groups,only patients in the control group complained of black stool thinning,and there were no other adverse reactions.Conclusion Shugan Bushen Yulin Decoction is effective in the treatment of infertility causedbyasthenozoospermia.
