复方苦参注射液联合新辅助化疗对三阴型乳腺癌患者不良反应的分析研究

Analysis on Adverse Reactions of Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection Combined with Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Patients with Triple Negative Breast Cancer

目的研究复方苦参注射液对三阴型乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗时出现的不良反应及其生存质量的影响。方法选取2015年6月1日—2019年5月31日在该院化疗的60例女性三阴型乳腺癌患者为研究对象,依据辅助治疗是否使用复方苦参注射液将患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组遵照诊疗指南使用新辅助化疗方法,治疗组在除应用新辅助化疗同时联合应用复方苦参注射液治疗。利用统计分析对比两组患者化疗后不良反应发生率和化疗前后生活质量变化。结果在消化道不良反应、尿素氮异常、转氨酶异常等数据方面治疗组均低于对照组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组白细胞减少明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组红细胞、血小板计数略高于对照组,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较两组患者治疗前后生存质量评分,治疗前两组患者生存质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者生存质量都有所提高,且治疗组各项得分均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对三阴性乳腺癌患者,在新辅助化疗同时联合应用复方苦参注射液与单纯使用化疗药物相比,可明显降低或减轻化疗药物的不良反应及不良反应,乳腺癌患者的生存质量可获得明显增益。

Objective To study the influence of Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection on adverse reactions and quality of life of the triple-negative breast cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 female patients with triple-negative breast cancer treated in our hospital from June 1 st,2015 to May 31 st,2019 were selected as subjects and were divided into the treatment group and control group depending on whether Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection was used in the adjuvant therapy.The control group used neoadjuvant chemotherapy according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines and the treatment group was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in addition to Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection.The incidence of adverse reactions after chemotherapy and the changes of quality of life before and after chemotherapy were compared with statistical analysis between the two groups.Results The data of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,abnormal urea nitrogen and abnormal transaminase in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Leukopenia in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The red blood cell and platelet counts in the treatment group were slightly higher than those in the control group and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment and there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).However,after treatment,the quality of life of patients in both groups was improved,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the chemotherapy alone,the combined medication of Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer patients can obviously reduce or alleviate the adverse reactions of chemotherapy drugs,and can effectively improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.
