张仲景继先人之绝学而创《伤寒论》,集汉以前医学之大成,为中医学的发展做出了重要贡献。由于后世医家对书中原文的发挥及经方的应用范围扩大,伤寒病之原貌已不得而知。《黄帝内经》、《难经》以及《阴阳大论》作为张仲景撰书的理论基石,其中多处渗透了《伤寒论》学术思想,并奠定了伤寒传变理论及六经分类方法的创立。研究三本经典古籍中有关伤寒的内容,探寻《伤寒论》形成之渊源,对于探究伤寒其貌具有重大价值。

ZHANG Zhongjing created Treatise on Febrile Diseases following the ancestors′clinical experiences on diseases.This medical classic gathered medical theories and experiences before Han Dynasty,and made great contributions to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Because the later generations of TCM doctors expand the original text of the book and apply the prescriptions of the book in a wide range of diseases,the original appearance of febrile disease is unknown.Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor,The Yellow Emperor′s Eighty-one Difficulties Classic and Yin Yang Theory are the theoretical cornerstones of ZHANG Zhongjing′s writings.These three books infiltrated the academic thoughts of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and laid the foundation for the theory of febrile disease and the classification of six meridians.Studying the contents of febrile disease in the three classic books,and exploring the origin of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases is of great value for exploring the febrile disease.
