针灸从督任二脉论治不寐的机理探析

Analysis on Mechanism of Acupuncture Treating Insomnia from Du-Ren Channels

睡眠的发生是在营卫循行、脏腑功能、心藏神均正常的情况下发生的生理过程。失眠的发生和阴阳失衡、脏腑功能不调及心神失养相关。督脉和任脉:在功能上,一阳一阴,两者阴阳相配,可以调和营卫、平衡阴阳;在循行上,直接联络心、脑、肾,通过背俞穴、募穴间接与五脏六腑联系,可以调整脏腑功能。该文拟通过督任二脉的循行和功能探讨其治疗失眠的理论依据,并通过临床应用加以说明。

Sleep is a physiological process that occurs under the normal conditions of the circulation of Ying and Wei,the function of Zang-Fu organs and the heart storing spirit.The occurrence of insomnia is related to the imbalance of Yin and Yang,the disharmony of Zang-Fu organs function and the loss of mind and spirit.Du and Ren channelsmatch each otherin function and can harmonize Ying and Wei and balance Yin and Yang.In circulation,they can directly contact the heart,brain and kidney,and indirectly contact the five Zang and six Fu organs through Beishu pointsand Mupoints,so as to adjust the function of Zang-Fu organs.This paper intends to explore the theoretical basis of the treatment of insomnia through the circulation and function of Du and Renchannelsand explain it through clinical application.
