毫火针联合CO2点阵激光术对瘢痕疙瘩患者皮肤炎症及瘢痕状况的改善作用分析

Analysis on Improving Effect on Skin Inflammation and Scar Condition in Patients with Keloid by Using Milli-fire Needle Combined with CO Lattice Laser

目的探究毫火针联合CO2点阵激光术对瘢痕疙瘩患者皮肤炎症及瘢痕状况的改善作用。方法选取2016年10月—2018年10月在该院皮肤科就诊的98例瘢痕疙瘩患者,随机分为点阵激光组(49例)和联合组(49例),点阵激光组给予CO2点阵激光术治疗,联合组给予毫火针联合CO2点阵激光术治疗。观察并比较两组的血清炎性指标、皮损积分、瘢痕宽度、长度、硬度以及瘢痕评价量表评分。结果治疗后,两组的IL-1、IL-6、IFN-γ水平均明显降低,且联合组低于点阵激光组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组皮损积分低于点阵激光组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的瘢痕宽度、长度、硬度积分均明显降低,且联合组低于点阵激光组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的患者观察者瘢痕评价量表评分均显著下降,且联合组下降幅度优于点阵激光组(P<0.05)。结论毫火针联合CO2点阵激光术对瘢痕疙瘩患者具有更好的临床治疗效果,可开经络、活血化瘀,促进瘢痕组织的修复,有效控制患者局部组织炎症,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect on skin inflammation and scar condition in patients with keloid by using milli-fire needle combined with CO2 lattice laser.Methods Ninety-eight patients with keloid treated in the dermatology department of our hospital between October 2016 and October 2018 were randomly divided into the lattice laser group(49 cases)and the combined group(49 cases).The lattice laser group was treated with CO2 lattice laser,while the combined group was treated with milli-fire needle combined with CO2 lattice laser.The serum inflammatory indexes,scores of lesion,scar width,length,hardness and scores of scar evaluation scale in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-1,IL-6 and IFN-γin the two groups were significantly reduced,and those of the combined group were lower than those in the lattice laser group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lesion in the combined group were lower than those in the lattice laser group(P<0.05).After treatment,scar width,length and scores of hardness in the two groups were significantly reduced and those of the combined group were lower than those in the lattice laser group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of patients and observers in both groups decreased significantly,and the decrease in the combined group was better than that in the lattice laser group(P<0.05).Conclusion Milli-fire needle combined with CO2 lattice laser surgery has better clinical therapeutic effect on patients with keloid.It can open channels and collaterals,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,promote scar tissue repair and effectively control local tissue inflammation of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
