灯银脑通胶囊联合脑心通胶囊对恢复期脑梗死患者的疗效及安全性评价

Effect of Dengyin Naotong Capsule and Naoxintong Capsule on Plasma Lipoprotein-Related Phospholipase A2 in Convalescent Cerebral Infarction

目的探究灯银脑通胶囊联合脑心通胶囊治疗恢复期脑梗死对血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的影响。方法选取100例该院在2016年5月—2017年4月收治的恢复期脑梗死患者,按治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组口服脑心通胶囊,观察组口服脑心通胶囊和灯银脑通胶囊,治疗1个月后统计两组临床总有效率,评估其神经功能和日常生活能力,检测其血脂和Lp-PLA2水平的变化情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组总有效率大于对照组(P<0.05),治疗1个月后两组患者NIHSS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),两组经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);BI评分升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);与治疗前比,两组患者的LDL-C、TC和Lp-PLA2水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低的更显著(P<0.01);观察组患者不良反应发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灯银脑通胶囊联合脑心通胶囊治疗恢复期脑梗死患者的临床疗效较好,能常规调节血脂水平,降低Lp-PLA2的水平,能明显改善神经功能和生活能力,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Dengyin Naotong Capsule and Naoxintong Capsule on plasma lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with convalescent cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with Naoxintong Capsuleorally,while the observation group was treated Naoxintong Capsule and Dengyin Naotong Capsuleorally.After 1 month of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the two groups was counted,the neurological function and daily living ability were evaluated,and the changes of blood lipid and Lp-PLA2 levels were detected.Results After one month of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),while the BI score increased(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared withthose before treatment,the levels of LDL-C,TC and Lp-PLA2 of the two groups were lower(P<0.05),and the observation group′s were better than those of the control group.The decrease in the control group was more significant(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dengyin Naotong Capsule and Naoxintong Capsule have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of convalescent cerebral infarction,which can regularly regulate blood lipid level,reduce the level of Lp-PLA2,and significantly improve nerve function,living abilityandthe quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
