固本排浊汤治疗轻中度痛风性肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Guben Paizhuo Decoction in Treatment of Mild to Moderate Gouty Nephropathy

目的观察固本排浊汤治疗轻中度痛风性肾病的临床疗效。方法将70例就诊于医院风湿科的轻中度痛风性肾病患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组均为35例。对照组应用药用炭片;在对照组基础上,治疗组应用固本排浊汤。疗程均为30 d。疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:本次试验结果显示,两组试验总有效率比较:治疗组为91.4%(32/35),对照组为74.3%(26/35),两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。理化检查方面:治疗组血尿酸、肌酐、尿素及24 h尿蛋白水平降低程度明显低于对照组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组C反应蛋白升高程度明显高于治疗组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规应用西药基础上,通过应用固本排浊汤治疗轻中度痛风性肾病可以明显提高临床疗效,降低血尿酸、肌酐、尿素及24 h尿蛋白水平,防止痛风性关节炎的发作,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guben Paizhuo Decoction in the treatment of mild to moderate gouty nephropathy.Methods Seventy patients with mild to moderate gouty nephropathy admitted to the Department of Rheumatology in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medicinal charcoal tablets.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Guben Paizhuo Decoction.The course of treatment was 30 days.The curative effect was observed after the treatment.Results The results showed that the total effective rate was 91.4%(32/35)in the treatment group and 74.3%(26/35)in the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Physical and chemical examination:The levels of serum uric acid,creatinine,urea and 24-hour urine protein in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of C-reactive protein in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine application of western medicine,the application of Guben Paizhuo Decoction in the treatment of mild to moderate gouty nephropathy can significantly improve the effect,reduce the levels of uric acid,creatinine,urea and 24-hour urine protein and prevent the onset of gouty arthritis.It is safe and reliable,and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
