藿苓益智方联合芪蛭通络胶囊对帕金森病痴呆患者临床疗效的研究

Clinical Study of Huling Yizhi Formula Combined with Qizhi Tongluo Capsule on Parkinson′s Disease with Dementia

目的观察藿苓益智方联合芪蛭通络胶囊,旨在观察帕金森痴呆患者日常生活能力以及对认知功能的改善。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月在本院脑病科住院部及门诊接受治疗的帕金森痴呆患者96例参与研究,随机分为4组,即对照组、芪蛭通络胶囊组、藿苓益智方组、藿苓益智方联合芪蛭通络胶囊组,每组24例。对照组:给予多巴丝肼片和盐酸美金刚;芪蛭通络组:在盐酸美金刚基础上加芪蛭通络胶囊;藿苓益智方组:在多巴丝肼片基础上加用藿苓益智方;藿苓益智方联合芪蛭通络胶囊组:两种药物同时服用。4组患者均治疗疗程为3个月,观察治疗前后疗效变化。结果藿苓益智方联合芪蛭通络在改善患者临床症状的总有效率为75.00%(18/24),与对照组相比差异上无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后藿苓益智方联合芪蛭通络组在UPDRS总评分、MMSE评分、MoCA评分、ADL评分方面较芪蛭通络组和藿苓益智方组均有明显的变化(P<0.05);与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论能显著改善患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,疗效佳,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Huoling Yizhi Formula combined with Qizhi Tongluo Capsule on the ability of daily life and cognitive function of patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,96 patients with Parkinson′s disease combined with dementia who were treated in the Department of Encephalopathy of our hospital were randomly divided into four groups:control group,Qizhi Tongluo Capsule group,Huoling Yizhi Formula group,Huoling Yizhi Formula combined with Qizhi Tongluo Capsule group(combination group),24 cases in each group.The control group was given Doxyhydrazine Tablets and memantine hydrochloride.The Qizhi Tongluo Capsule group added Qizhi Tongluo Capsule on the basis of memantine hydrochloride.The Huoling Yizhi Formula group added Huoling Yizhi Formula on the basis of Doxyhydrazine Tablets.The combination group took both drugs at the same time.All the patients in the four groups were treated for 3 months.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 75.00%(18/24)and there was no significant difference compared with that of the control group(P>0.05).The adverse reactions were significantly fewer than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total UPDRS score,MMSE score,MOCA score and ADL score of the combination group were significantly higher than those of Qizhi Tongluo Capsule group and Huoling Yizhi Formula group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huling Yizhi Formula and Qizhi Tongluo Capsule can significantly improve the cognitive function and the ability of daily life of patients.It has good curative effect and high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
