脑心通胶囊联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病80例

Evaluation of Naoxintong Capsule Combined with Alprostadil in Treatment of 80 Cases of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨脑心通胶囊联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病(DN)肾病的临床疗效。方法纳入2017年10月—2018年10月该院进行治疗的80例DN患者进行研究,依据随机对照原则分为每组40例。对照组予以血糖控制配合前列地尔治疗,观察组在此基础上予以脑心通胶囊治疗。比较两组患者疗程结束后治疗效果、治疗前后肾功能相关指标检测结果变化情况以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者疗程结束后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)检测结果均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者用药期间不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,可明显改善患者肾功能,安全性良好,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Naoxintong Capsule combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Eighty patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blood sugar control and alprostadil,while the observation group was treated with Naoxintong Capsule.The therapeutic effect at the end of the treatment,the changes of renal function related indicators before and after the treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results of urinary protein quantification,urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(SCr)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 24 hours after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong Capsule combined with alprostadil is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.It can significantly improve renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy.It is safe and worthy of clinical recommendation.
