探析奇恒之腑与阳痿的关系

Relationship between Extraordinary Fu-organ and Impotence

关于阳痿的病位历代医家研究颇多,理论丰富,各树一帜,在五脏多责之于肾、肝、脾;在六腑多归于膀胱与胃。奇恒之腑是中医学藏象学说的重要部分,其形态似腑、功能似脏,但鲜有医家提及其与阳痿的之间的关系。研究发现,脑的元神逆乱或脑络受损;髓虚督脉亏或督脉瘀阻;骨不固筋;脉络瘀阻;胆失决断、胆火匮乏或少阳枢机不利;邪阻精室等均可导致阳痿的发生,说明奇恒之腑在阳痿的发生、发展和转归中存在一定的关系。探析奇恒之腑与阳痿的关系,不仅可丰富中医学阳痿病因、病机、病位的理论,更为中医药治疗阳痿提供了新的思路。

There are many researches and theories about impotence in the past dynasties.The disease related to six-Fu organs,mainly the bladder and stomach.Extraordinary Fu-organ is an important part of the theory of Zang-Fu manifestationtheory in traditional Chinese medicine.The study found that the impotence can be caused by metacyclic disorder or brain network damage,deficiency of Du meridian deficiency or blood stasis in Du meridian,bone failing to consolidate the tendons,blood stasis in collateral,gallbladder fire deficiency or dysfunction of Shaoyang Qi movement.The results showed that extraordinary Fu-organ had a certain relationship with impotence.The relationship between extraordinary Fu-organ and impotence can not only enrich the theories of the etiology,pathogenesis and location of impotence in traditional Chinese medicine,but also provide new ideas for treating impotence with traditional Chinese medicine.
