从“肾阳”到“五脏之阳”论治妇科肿瘤

Treatment of Gynecological Tumors from “Kidney Yang” to “Five Zang-organs Yang”

中医"阳化气,阴成形"理论,准确地描述了妇科肿瘤是由于"阳化气"不及,则脏腑功能失调,失于温煦而鼓动无力,对阴邪不能形成有效的抑制作用,导致"阴成形"太过而形成。文章根据中医整体观,尝试基于"五脏之阳"剖析妇科肿瘤的病因病机,并建议采用大数据技术来研究"阳"与妇科肿瘤的相关关系,这为妇科肿瘤的临床治疗效果改善和治疗方法创新提供了新思路。

The theory of"Yang transforming into Qi,Yin transforming into the shape"in TCM accurately describes that the occurrence of tumors is due to the inferiority of"Yang transforming into Qi",which leads to the dysfunction of Zang-Fu organs.And so Yang Qi can not effectively inhibit Yin pathogen,leading to excessive"Yin transforming into the shape".According to the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper tried to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of gynecological tumors based on the"five Zang-organs Yang",and it is suggested that large data technology be used to study the relationship between Yang and gynecological tumors,which provides a new idea for improving the clinical therapeutic effect of gynecological tumors and innovating the treatment methods.
