WANG Chuijie′s TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Diarrhea

慢性腹泻为消化内科临床常见病,属于中医"泄泻"的范畴。王垂杰教授认为脾虚湿盛为其病机关键,"无虚无湿不成泻",提出先分清虚实明寒热、再辨虚损责脏腑、见症识证定治法与三因制宜来辨治的诊疗策略。

Chronic diarrhea is a common clinical disease in the department of gastroenterology,which belongs to the category of"diarrhea"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor WANG Chuijie believes that spleen deficiency and dampness are the key to the pathogenesis of the disease,and"diarrhea must be caused by deficiency and dampness".He puts forward the diagnosis and treatment strategies of distinguishing between deficiency and excess as well as between cold and heat,and then determining the involved Zang-Fu organs,identifying symptoms and syndromes,and using the treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors.
