态靶辨证在非酒精性脂肪肝中的运用——茵陈蒿汤加虎杖、鬼箭羽

Application of State-Target Strategy in Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease——Yinchenhao Decoction with Huzhang(Polygonum cuspidatum) and Guijianyu(Euonymus alatus)

非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是最常见的肝脏疾病之一,与肥胖、糖尿病、高血脂症等其他代谢综合征密切相关。仝小林院士通过对治疗该病的多年临床经验,总结出NAFLD的核心病机为中满内热。通过以态靶辨证为指导,结合辨证论治、辨症论治、辨病论治和审因论治,仝小林归纳出NAFLD发展全过程的不同阶段,即"气郁"态、"气结"态和"血瘀"态,并通过临床实践和借鉴现代药理学成果,总结出治疗NAFLD的靶方茵陈蒿汤以及靶药虎杖、鬼箭羽,临床当根据各阶段态下证型的不同与病情的轻重加减运用,达到对本病的全方位治疗。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD)is one of the most common liver diseases and is closely related to other metabolic syndromes such as obesity,diabetesand hyperlipidemia.Through many years of clinical experience on treating the disease,it is concluded that the core pathogenesis of NAFLD is internal heat and fullness in the spleen by professor TONG Xiaolin.Guided by the State-Target Strategy,combining the treatment of syndrome differentiation,diseasedifferentiationandcauses differentiation,the different stages of NAFLD′s development process are summarized,that is,"Qi stagnation","Qi tangle"and"blood stagnation".Through clinical practice and reference to modern pharmacological results,target formula Yinchenhao Decoction and target herbs Huzhang(Polygonum cuspidatum)and Guijianyu(Euonymus alatus)were summarized.According to the different types of syndromes in different stages and the severity of the disease,they can be used to achieve a comprehensive treatment of the disease.
