2型糖尿病“蜜月期”影响因素的研究综述

Review on Influence Factors of “Honeymoon Period” of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

随着我国人口老龄化的进展和人民生活方式的改变,糖尿病患病率飙升,由少见病变成一种流行病,如今中国已经成为世界上糖尿病患者最多、患病率增长最快的国家之一。2型糖尿病"蜜月期"是指已确诊2型糖尿病的患者不使用任何降糖药物而血糖控制良好的一段时期。目前临床上尚无彻底治愈2型糖尿病的方法,因此"蜜月期"是每位糖尿病患者可以追求的最理想状态。近年来,已有众多关于诱导2型糖尿病"蜜月期"的循证医学研究,同时也发现"蜜月期"的出现受多种因素的影响,文章主要就诱导2型糖尿病"蜜月期"影响因素的研究进展进行综述。

With the progress of China′s aging population and the change of people′s lifestyle,the prevalence of diabetes has soared from a rare disease to a common one.Now China has become one of the countries with the largest number of diabetes patients and has the fastest growing prevalence in the world.Type 2 diabetes mellitus"honeymoon period"refers to a period that patients with diagnosed type 2 diabetes do not use any hypoglycemic drugs and their blood glucose is well controlled.Currently,there is no complete cure for type 2 diabetes,and so the"honeymoon period"is the ideal state that every diabetic patient can pursue.In recent years,there are many evidence-based medical studies on the induction of the"honeymoon period"of type 2 diabetes,and it has found that the occurrence of the"honeymoon period"of type 2 diabetes is affected by a variety of factors.
