隔药饼灸联合刺血疗法对慢性腰腿痛患者血浆P物质、腰椎功能及疼痛程度的影响

Effect of Cake-Separated Moxibustion Combined with Bloodletting Therapy on Plasma Substance P,Lumbar Function and Pain Degree in Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain

目的探讨隔药饼灸联合刺血疗法对慢性腰腿痛患者血浆P物质、腰椎功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2019年6月医院收治的120例慢性腰腿痛患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组(60例)和研究组(60例),其中对照组采用常规针灸进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用隔药饼灸联合刺血疗法进行治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。观察两组治疗前后腰椎功能、疼痛程度、血浆P物质含量及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组日本骨科协会下腰痛(JOA)评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组腰椎关节活动度(ROM)评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血浆P物质含量均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率为95.0%(57/60),显著高于对照组的80.0%(48/60)(P<0.05)。结论隔药饼灸联合刺血疗法治疗慢性腰腿痛能够改善患者腰椎功能,降低血浆P物质含量,缓解疼痛症状,显著提高患者治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the effect of cake-separated moxibustion combined with bloodletting therapy on plasma substance P,lumbar function and pain in patients with chronic low back pain.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic low back pain who were admitted to our hospital between May 2017 and June 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the research group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.On the basis of the control group,the research group was treated with cake-separated moxibustion combined with bloodletting therapy therapy.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The lumbar function,pain level,plasma substance P content and clinical efficacy before and after wereobserved and compared.Results After treatment,the score of Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)was higher than that before treatment in the two groupsand the research group′s score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of ROM was lower than that before treatment in both groups,and the research group′s was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)in both groups decreased,and the research group′s was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma substance P content in both groups decreased,and the research group′s was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the research group was 95.0%(57/60),which was obviously higher than that in the control group(80.0%,48/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of cake-separated moxibustion combined with the bloodletting therapy for the treatment of chronic low back and leg pain is effective.It can improve the lumbar function of the patients,reduce the content of plasma substance P,relieve the pain symptoms,and significantly improve the efficiency.
