自拟咳喘粉穴位敷贴联合呼吸训练器治疗对痰湿阻肺咳喘患者预后的效果观察

Effect of Acupoint Application of Self-made Kechuan Powder Combined with Breathing Trainer on Prognosis of Patients with Cough and Asthma of Phlegm-Dampness Obstructing Lung Syndrome

目的研究自拟咳喘粉穴位敷贴联合呼吸训练器治疗对痰湿阻肺咳喘患者预后的治疗效果。方法选择医院2018年11月—2019年12月诊治的80例痰湿阻肺咳喘患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组(38例)和研究组(42例),前者给予常规治疗联合呼吸训练器,后者在其基础上联合本院自拟咳喘粉穴位敷贴,均治疗10 d。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能以及炎性因子水平变化,评估临床疗效,并记录患者治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果治疗后研究组患者中医证候积炎性因子水平均显著低于对照组,肺功能指标水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者治疗有效率为95.24%(40/42),显著高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟咳喘粉穴位敷贴联合呼吸训练器治疗痰湿阻肺咳喘患者安全有效,可显著改善其症状以及肺部功能,减轻炎性反应。

Objective To study the effect of acupoint application of Self-made Kechuan Powder combined with breathing trainer on the prognosis of patients with cough and asthma of phlegm-dampness obstructing lung syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with cough and asthma of phlegm-dampness obstructing lung syndrome diagnosed and treated in the hospital between November 2018 and December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(38 cases)and the study group(42 cases)according to the treatment method.The former were treated with conventional therapy combined with breathing trainer.On this basis,the latter were additionally treated with acupoint application of Self-made Kechuan Powder.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Changes in TCM symptom scores,lung function and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical effect was evaluated,and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,theTCM symptom scores and levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of lung function indicators were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.24%,40/42)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.95%,30/38)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Self-made Kechuan Powder combined with breathing trainer is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with cough and asthma of phlegm-dampness obstructing lung syndrome.It can significantly improve the symptoms and lung function and reduce inflammatory reactions.
