基于已上市中成药治疗气血两虚证的处方用药规律分析

Analysis on Regularity of Prescriptions in Treatment of Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome Based on Listed Chinese Patent Medicines

目的探究已上市中成药治疗气血两虚证的处方及用药规律。方法收集已上市中成药,构成中成药数据库,筛选后得到治疗气血两虚证的中成药处方。应用古今医案云平台和Cytoscape 3.6.1对得到的中成药处方进行数据分析。结果得到中成药处方338种,数据分析。结果使用频次较高的药物有当归,熟地黄,黄芪,甘草,人参等。主要治法为益气养血,补气养血,益气补血,滋补肝肾等。提取出的基础方为四君子汤,当归补血汤,八珍汤。结论基于古今医案云平台对已上市中成药中治疗气血两虚证的中成药处方进行筛选分析,比较分析后发现用于治疗气血两虚证的药物中,不同中成药采用不同的药物配伍,但是黄芪,熟地黄,人参,当归等药物的配伍使用仍是较为核心的部分。同时在这些核心药物配伍的基础上依据不同临床表现,进行加减配伍,使在治疗气血两虚证的同时依据临床症状对症治疗。

Objective To explore the prescriptions and medication rules of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome.Methods The listed Chinese patent medicines were collected to form a database of proprietary Chinese medicines.After screening,the Chinese patent medicines for treating Qi and blood deficiency syndrome were obtained.The data of the obtained proprietary Chinese medicine prescriptions was analyzed using the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform and Cytoscape 3.6.1.Results A total of 338 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines were obtained.The data analysis results showed that the drugs with higher frequency were Danggui(Angelica),Shuti(Rehmannia glutinosa),Huangqi(AstragaliRadix),Gancao(Glycyrrhiza Radix)and Renshen(Ginseng).The main treatment method is replenishing Qi and nourishing blood,tonitying Qi and nourishing blood,benefiting Qi and nourishing blood as well as nourishing liver and kidney.The basic formula is Sijunzi Decoction,Danggui Buxue Decoction and Bazhen Decoction.Conclusion Based on the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform,we screened and analyzed the prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines for Qi and blood deficiency.After comparative analysis,we found that different Chinese patent medicines used in the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome have different drug compatibility,but the compatibility of Danggui(Angelica),Shuti(Rehmannia glutinosa),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhiza Radix)and Renshen(Ginseng)and other medicines is still the core part.At the same time,on the basis of the compatibility of these core drugs,according to different clinical manifestations,the compatibility should be modified so as to treat clinical symptomsin the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome at the same time.
